Faulty item:

Please use the troubleshooting if you are struggling with an item, if your Mooyee still isn't working as intended then contact us via the chat below or email and one of our friendly staff will get back to you asap.


If your item is faulty you can get a replacement. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We will send you a return packet with postage, test the faulty item then replace. Just contact us via our contact us page or through social media. Mooyee Muscle Recovery on FaceBook or Instagram.



All Mooyee products come with a full 1 year replacement warranty.

All purchases can be exchanged however refunds are not available due to the product touching the skin. 

Postage policy:

Postage can sometimes take a while. All products go out by the next business day, but please be patient. Most items will have tracking however the smaller items like gloves and sticky pads will not. After 2 weeks we will look at resending, please contact us if you are missing your parcel after this time.
