Faulty item:

Please use the troubleshooting if you are struggling with an item, if your Mooyee still isn't working as intended then contact us via the chat below or email and one of our friendly staff will get back to you asap.

If you do not wish to run through fixes with us or receive a replacement then postage to our QLD centre will be payable by you. Refund of purchase amount on products in good condition less used EXTRA pads (no money kept for the pads that come with the mooyee being used).

Exchanges:

If your item is faulty you can get a replacement. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Just contact us via our contact us page or through social media. Mooyee Muscle Recovery on FaceBook or Instagram.

All Mooyee products come with a full 1 year replacement warranty. 

Terms & Conditions:

All purchases can be exchanged if faulty. The Mooyee guarantee is not granted because of a change of mind or a dislike for the sensation. 

Postage policy:

Postage can sometimes take a while. All products go out by the next business day, but please be patient. Most items will have tracking however the smaller items like gloves and sticky pads will not. After 2 weeks we will look at resending, please contact us if you are missing your parcel after this time.
